Philip R. Goldberg

With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Goldberg is a zealous advocate of
consumer rights. Graduating cum laude, Mr. Goldberg was a staff
editor of his law school's Law Review and a part-time instructor / assistant
at the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. Before earning
his law degree, Mr. Goldberg attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign,
where he received his bachelors in Mathematics and Computer Engineering.
Before establishing Seraph Legal, P.A., Mr. Goldberg was a sole practitioner,
concentrating primarily in personal and business law matters. In addition, he
has held general counsel roles with various companies and
practiced across a broad spectrum of the legal
field. Mr. Goldberg empathizes with his clients, recognizing the
often impossible struggle so many people face, particularly
against seemingly impenetrable corporations and bureaucracies. Mr. Goldberg
is a proud member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates, frequently
attending their advanced training sessions to improve his knowledge and share the
firm's experience with other practitioners in the field.

Thomas M. Bonan
Admitted: Florida
A life-long Floridian born to a family of attorneys, Thomas Bonan graduated from
the University Miami, cum laude, with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminology.
While attending Stetson University College of Law, Thomas found a passion for litigation.
After spending a year in general practice, he joined Seraph Legal P.A. to focus on protecting
consumers in state and federal court. When it comes to enforcing the rights of consumers
against predatory companies, Thomas is eager to face the challenge and protect his clients' rights with zeal.

Bryan Geiger
Admitted: Florida
Bryan Geiger joined Seraph Legal in February, 2018. Bryan grew up in Rochester, New York and
moved to Gainesville, Florida in 2007 to attend the University of Florida, where he
earned a B.S. in Sports Management and a B.S. in Business Administration, graduating cum laude in 2011.
Bryan received the Presidential Merit Scholarship to attend the Stetson University College of Law and, once again,
graduated cum laude with his Juris Doctor degree in 2015.
Bryan was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2015 and the Federal District Court for the
Middle District of Florida in 2017. He is a member of the Tampa Bay Inns of Court. Prior to joining Seraph Legal,
Bryan's legal practice focused on defending homeowners against foreclosure and general civil practice.
His experiences in these areas have given him a true appreciation for the rights of the individual.
Outside the office, Bryan enjoys playing softball and plays in a weekly league.

Brandon Morgan
Admitted: Florida
Brandon Morgan moved to Florida in December 2018 after spending the previous 10 years in New Orleans,
Louisiana. Although he spent years in the culinary industry in Louisiana,
Brandon graduated cum laude from Tulane University Law School.
Prior to law school, Brandon completed his undergraduate degree at the University of
Missouri as a journalism major, writing and editing for newspapers. He enjoys traveling and
has lived in England, Germany and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Brandon took the Florida bar exam upon his move to the Sunshine State and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2019.
He joined Seraph Legal in August 2019 and takes pride in vigilantly defending individuals against large companies
that violate consumer rights. Brandon enjoys long walks along the beach.

Bridget Scarangella
Admitted: Florida
Bridget Scarangella was born and raised in South Jersey. She moved to Florida in 2009 to
finish out her undergraduate degree from Barry University. She graduated with a B.S
in International Studies with a focus on Management and Political Science.
Bridget continued her education and moved to Tampa to attend Western Michigan University
Cooley Law School. Throughout law school, Bridget worked to learn the legal
field from bottom to top. She graduated in 2016 with her Juris Doctor. Bridget continued
working as a paralegal post law school until she was admitted to the Florida Bar.
Bridget joined Seraph Legal in June 2020.Prior to her move
to consumer protection law, Bridget worked in the legal areas
of criminal law, employment law, and personal injury. Outside the office, Bridget
spends her time coaching competitive youth soccer with Florida Premier FC.

Carolyne Moomaw
Admitted: Florida
Carolyne Moomaw moved to Florida with her family in 1986. She attended the University of
Florida where she earned her B.S. in Journalism and B.A. in Psychology. She continued
her studies at the University of Florida and graduated cum laude with her Juris Doctor
degree in 2005. After taking some time off to travel, Carolyne took the Florida bar
exam and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2006. Carolyne has been a trial attorney
for the duration of her legal career.
Before joining Seraph Legal in May 2022, Carolyne practiced criminal and personal injury law.
Carolyne is excited to use her knowledge and experience to help her clients protect their rights.
Outside of work, Carolyne enjoys spending time with family, which includes
numerous pets, and traveling.
